We want you to be completely satisfied with your Laundromat POS subscription. If you're not completely satisfied within 14 days of your subscription, we'll work with you to address your concerns or provide a full refund.

Once your refund request is approved, you can expect:
Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your account will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, after which access will be terminated.
Refund: A refund is only available within the first 14 days and includes returning all charges to your original payment method.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel. You will receive email reminders 7 days and 24 hours before your renewal date.
If your payment fails:
If you downgrade your plan mid-cycle, we will apply a credit to your account for the unused portion of your current subscription. This credit can be used towards your new plan or requested as a refund (subject to refund policy).
In cases of technical issues preventing you from using our service, we will work with you to resolve the problem. If the issue cannot be resolved within 30 days, a full or partial refund may be offered at our discretion.
Upon refund and account termination:
Refund requests that do not meet the standard criteria will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If you disagree with a refund decision, you may file a dispute within 30 days by contacting our management team at management@laundromatepos.com
For customers outside Nigeria, refunds will be processed in your original currency and may be subject to international transaction fees. Your bank may take additional time to credit the refund to your account.

We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately for new subscriptions and 30 days after notification for existing subscriptions.
